As industry expectation and technology advancements increase, complex projects requiring interfacing and a reliable mechanical electrical contractor that is able to provide a complete solution are paramount, especially at the time of delivery for the project and the commissioning.
IGOC has a specialist mechanical electrical installation and delivery team with experience on all types of mechanical projects. Our team consists of project managers, site supervisors, experienced tradesmen and apprentices who are eagerly learning the specialist trade. We also have our own programmers who have the latest training in Tridium – Niagara, FIN Stack and we integrate with other platforms when required.
IGOC have undertaken numerous mechanical electrical projects over the past years – from small commercial HVAC upgrades, to hospitals, universities, hotels, agriculture, and waste disposal projects, just to name a few.
IGOC has it own in-house drafting systems to assist with our HVAC mechanical clients. Partnering with an RPEQ Engineer and CAD experienced designers who are able and capable to carry out the detailed electrical designs for the most complex of projects, including the ability to provide the BMS (Building Management System) design and installation capabilities.
We also have inhouse switchboard designers who can design any mechanical switchboard, from a basic mechanical distribution board through to the most complex mechanical control switchboards complete with PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controllers).
